You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:
Supervise the general operations of the entire store.
Ensure a positive, professional and safe work environment for all associates Implement new Standard Operating Procedures into store execution Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Train and evaluate employees Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree preferred but not required Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong leadership qualities Physical Requirements:
