We are a small concierge internal medicine/ primary care practice.
Our goal is to provide outstanding care and patient experience for our members.
Given the small size of our practice, employees form a bond with our patients and really make a difference in their lives.
Employees and the physicians all work closely with each other to form a great work environment.
Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone appointments, both with our office and with specialist offices Welcome patients upon their arrival and update any insurance information Respond to patient concerns in a courteous and professional manner Work alongside our clinical team and physicians to ensure an outstanding patient experience Maintain medical records, including processing records from outside offices.
Skills Work experience as a Patient Care Coordinator, Front Desk Associate, Receptionist or similar role, preferably with concierge and / or medical office experience.
Experience with electronic health record software, like AthenaHealth and Epic Systems Familiarity with and comfort with Google suite software.
Ability to multitask Exceptional Customer service attitude and Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Type:
